A waterfront estate on the Texas coast, engineered for high-wind hurricane exposure. Higgins Designs provided the structural engineering across the property — elevated waterfront construction, the main house, and the pool terrace — documented in drawings, including the Estes Drive front elevation, that communicate the design as clearly as the architecture deserves.
